Paul Thiers
Serial Entrepreneur
Paul is serial entrepreneur and investor with 40 years of experience in running international companies.
He was co-CEO and shareholder of the Unilin Group. Since the sale of Unilin to Mohawk Industries in 2005, he successfully founded (Origis, ION, etc.) and invested into a broad range of companies & industries.
Paul Jr. Thiers
Partner
Before joining Thinc.Capital, Paul Jr. gained valuable experience in real estate & private equity.
In 2016, he moved to the US to support the growth of Origis Energy. Together with the management team, they managed to build an experienced team of more than 80 people and became a top 5 solar developer in the US. Along with the Baltisse team, Paul Jr. supported the sale of Origis Energy in 2020 backed by Global Atlantic (KKR).
Fabienne Gijsel
Partner
Fabienne brings over 30+ years of banking & private wealth experience.
Prior to joining Thinc.Capital, Fabienne experienced a long-standing career at BBL/ING, ABN AMRO and Puilaetco Dewaay, where she was part of the management committee and board of directors.
Stieven Victor
Private Equity
Prior to joining Thinc.Capital, Stieven was an investment manager at Integra Fund, focusing on operational excellence of the portfolio companies. Earlier, Stieven assumed CFO and CEO roles at Inside Blinds (window decoration). He was part of the management committee from 2014 to 2019. He started his career at Deloitte before joining Pentahold as an associate.
